Natural Arthritis Treatment - Nutrition and Arthritis

Helping regulate calcium levels in the body. Extra weight, or obesity, will not help the condition. Therefore, a good healthy diet can help, even if it is to shed a few pounds. Dairy products, alcohol and reducing sugars is also advised. Processed foods contain little nutrition, often high in the things you don't need, and low in the nutrients you do need. A good diet of healthy vegetables and oily fish being a favourable solution.
